NoLimit Fitness LLC operates thenolimitsquad.com under the NoLimitSquad fitness brand. Chrys Johnson provides its training services.

Coaching applications

The coaching application asks for your name, email address, selected program, main goal, what is holding your training back, and investment range. Your written answers may include training limitations.

Chrys uses applicants' limitations and written answers to assess coaching suitability and plan their training. Chrys is the only person who reads coaching applications for the business. Applications are submitted through Netlify Forms, whose services process and store the submitted information.

Applications also include the page URL, campaign parameters and an application entry-step value. When no campaign source is present, the referring page address may be recorded as the source.

Free guide and follow-up emails

The free guide signup sends your email address to Mailchimp. Signing up includes the guide and five follow-up emails over the next week with training tips and information about the ebook and coaching.

You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in those emails.

Purchases

Digital product purchase links on this website open Gumroad checkout. Campaign parameters may be passed to that checkout.

This website has no card-payment input. Purchase information is handled through the purchase service you use.

Bookings and coaching delivery

The business uses Google appointment booking and Google Meet for consultations, and Trainerize for coaching delivery. Information provided through those services supports your booking or coaching.

Fonts videos and external services

The homepage and ebook page request fonts from Google font services. The homepage displays YouTube thumbnail images and loads a YouTube player when you activate a video.

These resource requests operate independently of the Meta analytics choice. External providers receive the requests needed to serve their resources and operate their services.

Optional Meta measurement

The homepage initializes Meta Pixel when you choose Allow Analytics or your browser retains a previous allowed choice. Choosing No Thanks stores a declined choice and does not initialize the pixel. The confirmation page also initializes Meta Pixel when an allowed choice is stored.

With Meta enabled, the website sends events for page visits, application opening and successful submission, guide signup, contact-button clicks and ebook checkout clicks.

The website's application-success event includes the selected program. The information the website explicitly adds to these events does not include your name, email address, selected goal or written application answers. Meta's processing is also governed by its own privacy information.

Browser storage and attribution

The website stores your analytics choice in your browser. To see the choice again, clear this website's stored browser data and revisit the homepage. A temporary browser-session flag supports the application confirmation page.

Application URL, campaign and referrer collection, and campaign forwarding through links, operate independently of Meta consent. Clearing browser storage does not delete information already sent to service providers.

Application retention

The business currently retains old coaching applications and does not have a routine deletion schedule.
